主要从事动物流感病毒与宿主互作机制研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金等项目5项,并作为研究骨干参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。以第一作者或通讯作者在AutophagyPLoS PathogensJournal of VirologyVirology等国际知名期刊发表SCI收录论文10篇。开展流感病毒调控宿主天然免疫信号通路的机制研究,发现了流感病毒蛋白通过翻译后修饰、线粒体自噬等机制抑制宿主天然免疫应答,进而促进病毒复制的机制(Autophagy2023PLoS Pathogens2021Virology2022Viruses2022);阐明了宿主蛋白CNTN1抑制流感病毒介导的天然免疫反应的分子机制,拓展了对宿主抗病毒天然免疫调控机制的认知(PLoS Pathogens2022);筛选鉴定出两株可特异性识别H7N9-HA独特保守抗原表位的单克隆抗体,可用于H7N9流感的预防和治疗(Journal of Virology2022)。
